Operations Lead

- Lead Operations closely in line with design and technology team.
- Communications with pickers, delivery people, and customers
- Solving day-to-day issues.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 year plus customer service or sales experience
- Strong motivational and leadership skills
- Ability to deliver customer service that exceeds customer needs
- The job requires a lot of standing and walking in most cases inside the hypermarkets.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills; organisation, planning, and prioritization skills
- Should be able to communicate clearly in proper English. Arabic is an added advantage.
